I have relisted this job because I do not believe I described it properly last week.
Please read this carefully and ensure you can do every aspect of this job from start to finish.
When the job is finished, I would like to put it in the app stores to benefit myself.
I am looking for an app for android and iphone to help our workshop sell work.
The apps function will be to create customizable report sheets for a vehicle repairer that will aid the technician in completing a thorough checklist.
When opening the app there will be a few features the app can do.
• Create a report
• Fill in a damage report
• Fill in a report
If the User/technician chooses create a report, this will take him to a tool to make the report.
If the User/technician chooses Fill in damage report, this will take him to a picture of an exploded top down view of a car where the technician car report any damage or scratched simply by clicking on the car.
When done the technician can save as checked in.
At the end of the day when the car is taken back to the customer the report can be done again and marked as checked out.
The report will be saved to cloud based storage in a folder with the name of the vehicle registration number, and the file will be saved using the cars registration number, date and time.
If the user/technician clicks on fill in a report, this will take him to all the reports that have been created.
The technician/user will select the report he needs ie service report, mot report, winter check report etc.
Once selected, the report should have input fields before the report is generated prompting the technician to input customer/vehicle details eg Registration, customer name, customer email address, customer phone number, make and model ect.
The technician will then see a list of things to check.
The technician will respond to each line by selection the red, amber or green box.
If red is selected, the technician will be prompted to write a reason why and take a picture or video.
If selecting amber the technician will be prompted to write a reason why.
If green is selected there will be no prompts however the technician will always have the potion to write a note, take a picture or video on each line.
On the report I would like any text the technician enters to be displayed at the top of the page in a summery box.
The report list will then be saved onto the device, option to print, automatically send emails to the customer and to our office, saved to cloud based storage and automatically send a sms text link texted to customer.
When a report is saved I would like the file name to be saved under the reg, customer name, date and time and placed in a folded.
The folder will be named what ever the vehicle registration number is and if a folder dose not exist, one will be generated.
