Can you set a fixed price on the following :

1 The 3 xls files that are used by every user (on the dropbox):

Please replace it with some databases.

At the moment this is still sometimes due to unknown reasons that these files are put

back by empty files I think if they are addressed by several users at the same time ...

That's why it's better to put it in a Database.

This also means that :

A webiste must be provided where these files can easily be adjusted.

This in the app should still be customizable.

All guests of 1 account must see the same files but obviously not be able to see / edit the

ones from another account ... example:

Morel's account has 6 users these 6 users (different devices) all see the same customer

data and user data and project data.

Another company Lemmens has registered its own account with 4 users, they obviously

do not see the data of Morel only those of Lemmens and can also only adjust those of

Lemmens.

Also on the website this is only possible after logging in!

Hours of data are still stored in xls files on dropbox to be provided by the user !

The database is provided on [login to view URL] as is the database of the

registration.

What would this cost?

How long before you can do this ?

2 Registration in database and visible on site of completed hours per guest.

We would like to register in a database which days the app was used and which days the

app was not used.

This must be displayed on a site. I don't want hours to be stored in the database! this is

very important.

Only it is stored whether more than 0.25 hours are registered in the app or whether

more than 7.75 hours are registered.

I propose to store in a database from that 0.25 am is registered but then only register a

number 1 in a database at the day and the user + account if more than 7.75 hours are

registered I would change this number in the database to the number 2 so that there are

no effective hours in the database but I can easily see on the site which guest has

entered the app and which guest has effectively registered a full day.

As a view on the site I would like to have as below (approximately ) (if I log in as account

Green means more than 7.75 am registered.

Yellow means more than 0.25 hours registered.

Red means nothing registered.

If Morel has 1 as id and the user id is from 1 to 6 in order ...

There should be the option to clear the entire list of this account in 1 click. (of course

only from this account ! ) (and if possible also automatic deletion after 2 months ? )

Please also put a fixed price on this and an estimate when this could be done.

3 Please also provide again to check that offline filling in is possible.

This means : I do not have internet / connection. So I can use the app though... the first

time I have Internet, all hours filled in offline are synchronized with the hours on

Dropbox.

It is also very important that if the files have been uploaded properly and are older than

3 days, they must be removed from the mobile phone. Of course only when we are sure

that everything is fine on the Dropbox !!

This last point (nr 3) are all things that were also in previous updates but are not yet on

point .
