A simple android app where:

-people register

-after that they can choose what group to join or create a group (become admin)

-they also can get out the group

-they get updates from admin of the group, updates are popped out on their mobile phone

-the app must be light 1MB-2MB

example like this app are whatsapp Broadcast List

PS: it has to be 100% working and qualifies with above requirement, done in max 7 days, otherwise i will ask for dispute/refund
