1. Introduction
MyExamsPrep is a tutoring center founded in 2015 and facilitating an enthusiastic learning atmosphere with personalized tutoring solutions. The organization expect a mobile app as a software solution for their stakeholder to align the foot print in the fingertips of students and parents. The key agenda to get the tutors nearby when required and avail the service with the flexibility of time and money.
Objective of Project with Functionality
AS AN EXISTING FACULTY
• All registered faculty should entered along with the course details along with experience in the app by admin
• Faculty through App should publish their availability duration
• Faculty also facilitated with the functionality to cancel the availability with some defined conditions
• All registered faculty should mapped with the course details along with teaching experience in the app by admin
• Faculty can raise a request with relevant documents through the app to update his profile and with a workflow it should be approved and updated by admin
• Faculty able to review the feedback and check self-rating which generated from a strong algorithm
• Faculty also possess the interface to check the financial settlement and also raise any query to MyExamsPrep Team
AS A STUDENT | PARENT
• Students should register first and post MyExamsPrep approval access the App
• Registered Students can manage their own profile post authentication (same as faculty flow)
• Students able to check the old history (max 1year) of their study and can avail the documents if any
• Students can rate the Faculty based on multiple parameters and also can raise a query to MyExamsPrep Team
• App facilitated the students and parent to search a faculty with single course or multi courses at any point of time (Algo. Based and Algo explained in details)
• The students will get the functionality to have a chat with the faculty over app post enrollment bidirectional
• System auto allot the faculty to the student (based on the above defined algorithm)
• On No match, App should have the functionality to notify the MyExamsPrep team for future course of action.
• Student get the functionality of withdraw the session, cancel the faculty, postpone the session with penalty (in configured duration only)
• App possess the functionality of fees payment (only online)
• During session student can get the functionality of bidirectional conversation with the faculty.
AS MYEXAMSPREP
• Authenticated users /admin able to manage the section
• Able to monitor the individual enrolled students profile (want to know the US govt. Compliance)
• Faculty and Students Query can also be monitored
• Functionality to manage the unsettled transactions with a customer feedback functionality
• Manage the faculty as a master excluding the rating and have the functionality of “blacklisting” any stakeholders
• Functionality to send any notifications to any stakeholders individually and as a group
• Being the Admin can manage other configurations of the application
• Organization can view the financial transaction of the stakeholders
• Any policy /compliance with respect to the software should be managed by the admin
• Analytics tool to be integrate with the APP (Defined the Black holes, Projected Students Growth)
