Make a Quiz(MCQ) App with PHP and MySQL as backend

Requirements :
1. Question Slider
2. Questions and Answers displayed in bifurcated cardviews.
3. Question and solution shall be fetched from php backend (Should use JSON)
4. On submission result page should be displayed having all question pages and solution marked with appropriate colors in a scrollable recycler view with explanation which too will be fetched from php backend
5. Shall use java and android studio
6. For reference look at the TestBook app on play store.
8. There shall be a simple dashboard made using php (Just 4-5 textboxes and submit button) to feed questions to our db.
9. There should be concept of chapters -> Sections ->Question list
10. I can help in solving critical roadblocks while development but ideal candidate should be able to fix those issues on his/her own.
11. The app should look polished as TestBook and we will implement content lock and payment using google payments sdk or razorpay .
I will also consider someone who wish to learn and do this but having experience in android development using java is added advantage.
Budget is 10-12K INR
