iPhone Background Service with Notification

This is a iPhone Application need to be written in Swift
1) Once the app start a background service needs to start, running every 30 min in the background
2) This app will call First API => [login to view URL]
Which require POST parameter "user" a textvalue. In this user you will pass your own name without space.
3) The system response are as follows
Status= Error in case parameter issue
Status= True mean to proceed for the next step
Status= False cancel the process wait another 30min
4) In case the response was true.
Call the Second API
[login to view URL]
With the same "user" as the parameter. The response would be a product info.
Once that product is recieved on the device.
5) Generate a notification based ProductName.
Things to remember, even if the APP is not running. The background process should keep running. That is very important, like Whatsapp, Facebook.
