To manage orders by store manager accept reject add edit delete items and print it (so its optional for stores manager to use store app or sumni device )
Two language for all apps
Admin dashboard prefered (Laravel) to manage all the processes
#Customers App
-launch screen with logo
-user can register with phone , gmail ,apple with profile pic
-user can skip login and select his current location or search manually for location then type his description like floor no5
-can save more location home,work etc and edit and delete
-show user nearest stores by 10km around
-users ratting stores after order is delivered
-main categories like food,groceries,pharmacies
-food had sub categories like fastfood,fesh..etc
-sliders card inside categories screen
-show featured stores , newest, near
-search for stores or items
-Use discounts and wallet point , vouchers , cashback to user wallet
-users send vouchers to friends
-Payment by visa mastercard paypal wallet cash , also by atm card
-notification
-see past orders and re-order if he likes
#Delivery App
-when customers make orders and store accept it , notificate the nearest driver .
-orders stay 35 sec till nearest driver accept it or transfer to another driver
-Admin can select delivery process in dashboard (nearest delivery car to store , or manually transfer orders to specific delivery boys)
-Delivery man can take two orders if available at the same restaurant
-driver can ratting the customers and customers ratting the driver
-drivers can charge amount in their wallet
Example (charge 100$ monthly and driver can take delivery fees , APP take 100$, if driver not charge wallet then APP take 20% from delivery fees)
-drivers types ( active- - not active - verfied verfied - banned ) deliver 5 order And get verfied
-drivers when they accept orders 1 hour maximum if late more than a hour get warning ⛔️ driver with 3 warning efect ratting and not having orders for example 1 day
- If order delivery free, automatically APP transfer delivery amount to driver wallet , so customers not paying delivery fees for these orders
-every order come to driver it shows how much he can take from this order, example ( u will get 8$ for delivery this order , take 25$ from customer )
10$ delivery fee - 15$ amount of order (if customer ask cash on delivery)
APP take 20% from delivery fee
If payment in visa or paypal or atm, driver only deliver the order and APP transfer his delivery fee
-every month APP take the total 20% delivery fee from drivers wallet,
If they not charge 100$ as subscription
-Admin can manage the delivery fee in dashboard ,example (store near customer location delivery fee not like store far from customer,)
-drivers get pounce and prizes , example (deliver 20 orders in one day get extra 50$ in wallet)
-live chatting for drivers with APP center and live chatting between driver and customers so driver take photo for bill and send it to customer
-driver before accept the order he can see customer location and restaurant location and how much time between in goole map traffic
-driver can cancel the order after he arrived in customer location And waiting 30 min with no answer from customer
-if driver not accepting 5 orders for example, account stopped for 3 hour , after that he countine not excepting stop for 24h
Something like that .
-drivers see in map red spots its mean more orders in this location
