I need an app that will allow me to track data while working with clients The app needs the following:
Profile Entry-name and demographic info
Goal Entry-enter goals that will be worked on
Ability to enter more than one goal per client
Ability to take pictures within the app
Ability to upload documents/PDFs/videos
HIPPA compliant-passcode to access the files
Creates a progress report based on the data collected (e.g., graph)
Collects data-ability to push a button for correct, incorrect, approximate responses and cueing that was necessary
A separate page within the app that will allow more taking
Folder for each client that will hold materials (documents/PDFs or videos)
Ability to share and email info
Ability to upload to iCloud
Ability to transfer info to spreadsheet
Ability to email from within the app
Ability to export info
I am currently using Super Duper data tracker. So I want something similar with the additional features mentioned
