APP for soundwave analysis

I need a one page iPhone app. The app supposed to display a sentence for the user. For example " Hello Word" . The app should ask the user to say this sentence and record his/her voice. The voice must be converted to a sound wave and compared to another sound wave and see how similar those waves (78% similar and so on). The sound wave to be compared to shall be provided to the programer.
