We need a help to create android app to record, track, analyze, & share survey or questionnaire's answer.
The following features are required:
1. quick and simple way to record questionnaire's answer.
2. the ability to graph, chart and view record.
3. generate pdf reports with summary, details and chart.
4. view and share report through email.
5. calender based view to log answer time. ( we have calendar code for you to integration)
6. voice recorder to a voice file and take photo.
7. slider bar to change the time range when show the time based chart.
8. Mobile html format user guide to display how to use this app.
The above app needs be able to run on both phone and tablet.
The detail of the project requirement, GUI design will be sent to freelancer after the bid end.
We require to finish the android app in 20 days (include 3 days for GUI design). If you are able to do iphone version, please let us know and bid higher price to include both iphone and android phone code.
9. The package name need to be called com.bluejay.bjLog and the splash screen need to be editable for application name since we may change the app name later.
10. need to design 3 ~ 4 app icon for us to choose. Since this is survey log app, we need designer to design some background image like the notepad just as on our ppt slide.
11. On the android phone there are 4 buttons (home button, menu button, back button and zoom button) Please implement the menu button, back button and zoom button.
12. need to create EULA dialog to show up the end user license agreement, please see the attachment.
