Need an mobile application for weather.

Basic features: Must automatically update from a source that continually refreshes with current weather. Temperature value needs to refresh, by GPS, on the phone main screen as a notification. More details, to be discussed privately.

Have another app design need as well. Depending on performance of this first project, would like to use same person/group for 2nd similar project.

Needs to be fully functional and satisfactory to be accepted on itunes app store, please do not bid if you do not have any current applications on app store.
