Create a best product searching app

Hey freelancers,

I want to create a useful app that helps people purchasing products.

The most important aspect here is search relevance/order and results

I also have to be able to backup the data I get from users, and access and edit user input and ban some users from app use.

The app must have log in with either Facebook or email or both, and votes are correlated with the log in.

The design is simply pure text and logo, nothing too fancy, but has to be clean and no chopping while scrolling.
