Write an Android +windows 8.1 application

Hi we need someone or a company who can help us with writing an app for windows 8.1 and andriod platform. One who can handle both platforms , project ll be rewarded to that. We aint looking to get seperate vendors for 2 platforms.

The app already exist for IOS we need to make it work on android and windows 8.1.

The apps must be absolutely identical to the iPhone version. We want a photocopy, not an interpretation.

We will provide all graphics. Your proposal for each platform should include timing and cost, broken down by major module and also details of your technical approach, including which libraries will be used and for which components low level coding is required for each platform.
