I need an android application that does the following:
1. User will Click button to play Video file
2. User enters in a video code like 12345
3. App will look to see if file exists on device, if not will download it from specified amazon server. If so, it will ask to update video file, or play video file. (update would be to download a newer version)
4. 720p mp4 Video will play at full screen, AND in a continuous, seamless loop until stopped by user
5. App will have an option to delete old files from device.
