EA Modification - logging feature and signal aggregation

I have an EA that I use that is restricted to opening one order at a time but it generates signals from its trade logic while that one order is opened and once that order is closed opens new orders based off potentially old signals. I want to log every trade signal that this EA generates, even though it may not be able to open a trade based on those signals because a trade is already open. And I want to invalidate signals that have been generated 30 seconds or more in the past so that the ea always uses new fresh signals.

1. Log every trade signal

2. Make it so that a signal can only be valid (fresh enough to open a trade from) for 30 seconds.
