Designing a carburizing station for automotive part

Should do a theoritical setup of a station for carburizing automotive gears with 150 mm diameter and 12 mm thickness made of aisi 1020 low carbon steel.

Mass per gear is approximately 7 kg.

Also assume the medium scale company produces 5000 gears per month and has two, 8 hour shifts per day with 20 working days per month.

Should choose closed furnace and vaccum carburizing method.

And must have a design for loading the gears into and outside the furnace along with suitable handling equipments (like fork lifts, robot arms,etc.)

Finally it should have a quality checking and control procedure and the final layout for the design of the station.
