Casting portal looking for ambitious entrepreneur

The biggest Danish online casting portal, [url removed, login to view], is looking to expand to new markets. In our ambition to conquer the South American (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia and Uruguay) market for Castings, we need an energetic and ambitious person to assist us in getting started, and running the day to business for each country.

[url removed, login to view] was established in Denmark in 2001 as the first portal for casters and talents. Today [url removed, login to view] has more than 30.000 active users, and is widely renown in the industry as the most important castingsite in Denmark.

Lately Onlinecasting has established a foothold in Poland and Germany, and now we want to build upon our expertise, and expand to South America (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia and Uruguay).

At Onlinecasting we have build a unique software solution, which we are ready to roll out to the world. And, we have ambitious plans to expand on our software platform in the future.

We need you to help us with the following:

- Find new castings for movies, TV shows, Model jobs, Commercials, Theatre plays etc. Basically anything that could be relevant for talents to be a part of

- Establish contact with relevant companies and people, in order for them to know that Onlinecasting is the place to go when you are looking for talents

- Participate in marketing of Onlinecasting towards casters and talents (mostly online marketing)

- Make sure the translation of text on the site is correct

- Handle the daily support, including:

- Approval of newly uploaded profile pictures (Can be done once pr. week)

- Proof read and set up new casting ads

- Handle mail support

- Post 3-4 times a week on facebook site

- Other

- Make a brief market overview/competitor analysis

You must be:

- Fluent in English (so that you can communicate with us)

- Fluent in Mexican, Brazilian, Argentinean, Colombian or Uruguayan

- Able to spend a couple of hours each day on you tasks (this is not a full time job)

- Have access to high speed internet from home

- Skilled in working with CMS systems and knowledgeable about IT and the internet

- Motivated, ambitious, outgoing and energetic – we expect you to take charge

- Entrepreneurial spirit – you are able to take an idea, and bring it to life

- Trustable – when we make an agreement we expect you to live up to it
