Looking for a Magento 2 Developer - Build a simple Form Calculator

I'm looking for a Magento 2 Developer to create a Magento 2 module, as an example project.
This Magento 2 module will do the following:
1) Magento Admin > Module will have an "Enable" or "Disable" feature.
2) Magento front-end will display an two Input Boxes for input.
3) When user clicks [Submit] button, the module will will take input from box #1 and box #2, add them together and display the result on the screen.
that's it.
In your bid, please provide Developer Estimate of Time to complete - I am looking to have this module completed, tested and installed right away so we can build additional modules.
Kindly note:
This project will not provide you access to my private magento2 instance. Please do not ask for cpanel access. Magento2 does not run with cpanel and your Bid could be discarded for this project.
You can download Magento 2.4.1 to your own laptop (or server) for you to write this module.
