Terraform AWS Route 53 DNS

Please note my Terraform AWS Route 53 DNS is not working as was previously working?

Please note the DNS is failing now when I do a new build; shows correct on nslookup or dig has been failing and have been working to address the suggestions by googling?

(Is $10 ok?) (If not how much?)

Expecting this is something easy for about $10 or so and will be something a Terraform Route 53 DNS person would know and understand. Please note there is hope we can mutually complete this task; we can leave each other nice comments and 5 stars for each.
