Configure Custom Nameservers for Amazon EC2 Instance

I need someone to configure the nameservers for my custom ec2 instance on Amazon AWS. I am using Route 53 as my hosted zone for the domain. I have WHM/cPanel installed on my main domain, but can't get any accounts (domains) to propogate to my custom nameservers.

You need to have experience doing this before to be selected.
