Links PR4+

I need 50 PR4+ one way links to my website (Return on Investment (ROI, Business Value, B2B Sales, B2B Marketing, Strategy).

You must be an experienced link builder who knows how to check that links are good, checks [url removed, login to view], makes sure that the links are not dynamic, JavaScript, flash links, graphic, nofollow, etc. Please do not bid if you have limited or zero link building experience.

Payment: Payment will be made through GAF escrow after links have been verified.

Deliverable:

I will require an Excel file with the following info:

1. Site Title

2. Site PR

3. Link URL (the URL where our link is located)

4. URL Page PR

5. Anchor Text

6. Date Submitted

7. Date Accepted

I reserve the right to reject sites not meeting my terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links.

- No directory listing links

- One link per domain only

- Links should come from different C-Class IP's

- Link page should be from English language sites only

- All Links must be permanent (no articles), active and NEVER expire.

- Link pages must relate /relevant to topic

- Links must be in different text combinations (to be provided)

- No links from fake PR pages

- Links must be on [url removed, login to view] sites

- Links must be in text, no graphics.

- Links must be PERMANENT

- The page my link appear on must have at least 50 inbound links

- No Flash sites or pages please

- No free websites like Geocities etc

- Links must contain target anchor text (keyword/keyphrase) (to be provided)

- Links from websites that already link to my site will not be counted.

- Must be manually submitted. No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others)

- NO freely hosted sites -geocities, tripod etc.

- No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, etc.

- NO FFA, link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, guestbooks, porn, religious extremist, frame site, illegal sites, etc.

- Linking page must not have more than 20 existing links per page

- Links must be static and direct using anchor text and title tag

- No "sponsored" links, advertisers, links, ads or similar

- No sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks

- All links should be free and not paid links (I don't want a monthly bill for these links)

- All links must be indexable by Googlebot

- Links must be in different text combinations.

- No - rel="nofollow", [url removed, login to view] blocking, framed or cloaked pages, flash pages, etc.

- All links must be visible and readable. (no hidden links please)

- One way non-reciprocal links only.

- Links cannot include a rel=nofollow tag

- Links cannot be from framed pages

- No JavaScript or redirect script

- Link Page should be navigated directly from the sites homepage

- No article submission

- Links from websites that already link to my site will not be counted

- Quality links are a key. As such only when I am satisfied the payment will be issued.

- No link exchange programs or web rings such as [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] etc.

- Web sites must be developed (Not under construction).

- Staggered deployment of the links is required to avoid any penalties.

- The page my link is placed on must be PR4 or above. (NOT JUST THE MAIN SITE)
