Creator-Influencer-Brand Interaction Website

I am looking to build a dynamic website using PHP Laravel, replicating the core functionality of [login to view URL] from the ground up. The website is a bridge between creators, influencers, and brands with the major functionalities being:

which is aimed at collaboration for creators. The website will have the following requirements:

Design:

Want to make a website like [login to view URL] , the website should be complete dynamic and completely editable.

It should be made using Laravel,

It shall have dynamic cms, to edit each and every element of the website, there shall ne no dependency on developer to change any part/element of the website.

It should be responsive too as same as reference website.

It should contain 3 sides apart from the

1) brand log in

2) creator log in

3) admin log in (multiple admins) For Disputes, Sales, SEO team, Moderator, finance log in, and super admin. Along with user and user rights management.

Reporting there shall be every possible reporting available , we need report for every action executing on the website

Commission, payout management, withdrawal, wallet balance funds. GST + TDS

If you do your job well we also have more work for you as we are looking forward with Future customization of this site, that is Phase 2 of Development, (please note this will be paid separately for below mentioned customization)

1) We want to add a feature where in creator and upload the pictures by selecting the photos from Instagram's profile through API (this will be paid separately and is not included

2) subscription package for creator that is they have to subscribe to get listed on site. and same subscription package for brands.

3) ads post feed like old Facebook. Brands can post their need in the feed

Please note last 3 points mentioned are not to be done right away.... as we have a budget constraint for now. so while sharing the quote please do not include the cost for last 3 points.
