Updating existing web page ( html/JS script) and connect third party IBM API instead of Google voice

Hi all,

I have a simple local web page which is running on my laptop via IIS hosting.

The existing function: it reads the English text which is stored on my excel file. Currently, i am using google voice to read the text/data. text showed on the page looks so simple.

Expectation:

1. Since google voice sound like a robot which i don`t like, i had IBM voice API. Now, i expect YOU to help me replace the existing google voice by IBM voice API Watson to read the text instead of Google voice. You can read the docs here [login to view URL]

2. New feature requirement: When finishing reading text in English, then it must read the voice in Vietnamese. feature is very similar with the item 1. ( i already have data in my excel databse ). you just make it read so that i don`t have to read.

3. The showing text looks simple, i will need them in bigger size, bold, attractive color and green screen.
