[login to view URL] edit - add menu and sub menu items

I have a js menu created by a provider on here, but I cannot get hold of them to make some changes.

The js is complex because of browser/os compatability, so only bid if you are really comfortable with js.

I have uploaded the file for you to review prior to bidding - quick simple job for someone why knows what they are doing.

I need a new menu item which does not link anywhere, and a sub menu item added to that new menu item - plus I need you to show me what to do to add subsequent menu/sub menu items.
