I need this auction sniper to be the exact same in functionality however the website and looks will differ a bit, but the important thing is that the functionality has a 99.99% success rate and uses the eBay API to link the users account to. eBay already has it to where you can link an eBay account without needing the password to it, where the user consents the software to use their account to bid on it. I need this done within a month and have countlessly hired developers and they run into problems.

Please put in detail how you will do this project because here are things that we need:

1. We need client based HTML and Javascript that can run the server and execute scripts within HTML

2. We need schedule organization software that can schedule

3. Need a method of encrypted web automation

4. Needs an implementation WITHOUT using Selenium
