Apply fixation to MTurk integration

I have this running on a server: [url removed, login to view] (description/video: [url removed, login to view])

it's supposed to interface with Amazon Mechanical Turk, but it doesn't

it's been a while since I deployed Vatic so don't remember the exact error. I remember that it works great locally, but something about the MTurk integration was broken.

I'd like to fix that, then I'd like to integrate it with our existing infrastructure so we can start processing and labeling videos
