I need some sort of code to put on an adult website to take care of answering the question about agreeing to proceed even though it is adult content.
I want this to be a popup window that is semi-tranparent and takes up about 1/2 of the screen. If you answer No, then it should divert you to a designated page and if you say yes then it should allow you to proceed. I will be putting this on several inside pages of the site so the code needs to be smart enough to determine if you have answered the question once already and not make you answer it again. Must be SEO friendly.
Also need a 2nd code to determine whether you are in California, Oregon or Washington State by looking at IP addresses and direct you to one of three landing pages.
