565275 Form Validation: Javascript

I have a small form that needs Javascript validation.

The form elements to be Validated are:

-First Name and Last Name

-Email address

-Confirm email address (a mail sure it's the same as the first email)

-Ensure either a Mobile number or Phone Number is entered

-If Mobile number is entered, it must start with "04" and be 10 digits in length

-Ensure Terms & Conditions checkbox is ticked

If all or any of these are incorrect, I each incorrect element named in a DIV tag that I have already created.

This is a very simple task if you are good at Javascript. But I'm terrible at Javascript and don't have the time to muck around

I need someone to complete this task straight away.
