java project with html or web application

Hi,

Develop a web-based application, with servlets and JSPs. The key is to provide a user interface for many of the methods in this project. Download and install the Tomcat server, to serve JSPs and servlets, if using eclipse, otherwise, netbeans should be ok. The application must have three basic components, the initial web page, the administration page, and the servlet. More requirements will be given upon interest. Think you can do it? Let me know. It is fairly simple and small so bid accordingly.
