Very Very simple iPhone app

Hello everyone,
I'm after a company to work with on many apps. I run a app business in new Zealand and need professionals to work with. Developers need to be competitive in pricing and work in a timely manner with clean great functioning apps.
This app which is like a trial is very simple. Basically I have a social network www.tradinghive.com. Ultimately I'm after an app for the whole site and most of the functionality, however for now all I'm after is simply the following.
User will be taken to a sign in page where they can either use there existing username and password or if they are new they can goto a sign up screen. This sign up process will be linked to the website so users can login either using the app or website.
Once signed in I want like a home page which will have space for 9 icons. This project and app is to just make 1 for now. So on this home page there will be a icon for a chat room, so there will only be 1 function on this app. Navigation will be on the bottom.
Once the chat room is selected they will be taken to a chat room where they can select which room they want to enter, once they have entered they can type messages, smileys etc and go back so they can enter another chat room. They should also be able to scroll to look back.
All this functionality already exists on the existing website so all you simply have to do is make an app version from the existing website for just the chat room for now. The chat room is Ajax coded so is comparable with apple.
I can supply existing logo and colours but app will need to be designed by you also. Just very clean professional app is needed nothing to fancy just clean and sharp.
That about sums it up I know it's not very exciting t start with but I need to know I'm working with competent coders. This is a very small job and I would be keen for a fast turn around.
This app needs to be built for growth, as soon as you produce this app I will give you the next components I want built for this app and you will get access to my other projects.
I haven't briefed for this but I'm also after an iPad app which is purpose built for the iPad (I.e not just a zoomed up iPhone app) so in pmb please offer a combo price for both the iPhone and iPad app for me to consider.
Please only bid if you can complete fast and can confidently make a great little chat app that works with my website.
