Mobile/Desktop VPN Softphone using G729 and G723

Hello,

I am looking for the Desktop and Mobile dialer with L2TP,PPTP and Tunnel VPN with G723 & G729 Codecs support. Desktop Dialer should be compatible for Windows XP or above and Mobile Dialer should be working on following Platforms.

Symbian 60, 80, 90 or Current running Operating system

iPhone(OS 3.0+)

Android

Windows Mobile

If you can provide softphone for any of the Platform mentioned above please feel free to Bid, It's not necessary that all the application will be awarded to one Individual/Company.

All source code Should be provided.
