The following points are very important for us to make it work:

1. Easy connection to email accounts via SMTP .

2. Emails should be delivered immediately and without any issue of spam.

3. You need to set up all SPF records and DKIM keys for the domains and emails.

4. There should be queue management on the server.

5. Easy interface to add new accounts and domains to the system.

6. A documentation guide for us to explain the process and flow of what is happening for future references
