SEO Link Building Specialist Required (Broken Link Project)

I need a link-building specialist to complete 8 hours work.
Specifically, I am looking for someone who is familiar with the “Moving Man Method” – i.e. someone who can identify sites that are linking to a page that has moved, shut down, rebranded, disappeared etc.

If you are an SEO expert, you will of course be familiar with this.
Here’s the background to our project:
I work for a company called Travelzoo. We have launched a new guide to London called 101 Things to do in London: [login to view URL]
We need to generate as many backlinks as possible to this site.
There are many guides to London, so this is obviously a very competitive space.
We think that one of the best ways to generate links would be to contact anyone who is linking to a similar guide to London, but the link is now not working for whatever reason.
We will then contact them, let them know the link is dead and suggest that they link to our guide instead.
Here’s what we need you to do:
Identify those domains that are linking to any content such as “Things to do in London”, “What to do in London”, “London Guide”, “London Travel Guide” etc.
Isolate high-quality domains ( DA: 25+, DR: 40+)
Isolate those domains that are linking to a moved/rebranded/dead page
Provide information about dead links on spreadsheet provided (domain, dead link, contact info where available)
