The business is an estate agent in Essex UK and seeks to get higher presence and more business from marketing estate agency services in Billericay and close by towns.
The objective is to get more business, ideally through the website but using social media too, to get more people engaging and enquiring about buying houses in Billericay, but also to get more people to sell their houses, to list the properties.
What we need please from you is;
A search ranking report that identifies the keywords to target
A strategy for how to do this, and campaign ideas for what you will do – inbound links, Facebook ads, on page optimisation, and so forth.

The report below will give you some more details on the site itself, and feel free to ask any questions you may have. The budget is $300 PCM – and must include monthly reporting of activity. It will be a6 month rolling contract – that is we commit for 6 months then review with a view to continuing monthly, and possibly increasing the budget if we see it’s a worthwhile investment.
