Part 1.

We want you to design an 3 - 4 Email Templates ideally in HTML format for our different services, however the most important thing is that the Emails get through to the targeted audience.

Part 2.

We are a professional Air Conditioning company looking to outsource our email marketing to proven email marketing experts. We will be sending out about 10,000 - 100,000 emails per day.

We will supply you with text files containing the email addresses. Before being sent out, these emails need to have duplicates eliminated, non-deliverable emails eliminated (examples: webmaster@, info@, sales@, etc., etc.,). The remaining emails then need to be checked for spambots. After that, the remaining emails and their associated IP addresses need to be checked for actual deliverability.

You, as a proven email marketing provider, must have the capacity to run from a wide area of dedicated servers located in the USA, Canada or the UK. You must also have 10 or more IP addresses (different blocs) which to engage and also have the ability to do alternative domain forwarding, so our primary domain address is never blacklisted.

We will supply you with the email addresses (which need to be cleaned and verified). We will also supply you with the email templates, which will be CAN-SPAM compliant.

We will expect weekly reports that list the number of emails sent, the number of emails that reached the inbox, number of emails opened, the number of click-throughs, the number of bounces (hard and soft bounces), and the number of unsubscribes.

We are interested in a long-term relationship with those who can prove they are professional email marketers. We expect you to provide us with two references from past or current customers for whom you are doing the same kind of work and also a email deliverability test consisting of 100,000 e-mails

for you to send out. These emails will be SEEDED—this gives us a snapshot of what your company is actually able to do.
