We are looking to hire an SEO specialist team/group/provider to handle our on page and major off page SEO needs. We need a company with previous proven results that we can verify (feedback/referrals/references)
We are looking to take top rankings on a large number of keywords. We are already in the top #1,23 rankings for a lot of keywords. We have recently hired an SEO company to work for us who failed at giving us high quality SEO.
We require a large amount of diversity, we don't want massive amounts of blog comments and other rubbish.
You need to have a good solid SEO campaign in place that will include a lot of diverse SEO methods .... for example, the following:

We will need exact details of what you will provide for each point, we will get to that later.
Give me numbers in terms of what I can expect and a price on it. I dont need guarantees, or $xxx if I get you to x position etc. I know what type of SEO will do what and I need the best.
The contract agreement will be I agree to purchase x services whether my site gets to #1 or not.
You need to have experience with all of this and you need to be able to show previous campaigns where you have implemented all of these avenues of SEO and more!
