SEO only one keyword, first page in google

i just need one keyword to be in the first page of google.

No admin panel and password will be given.

Please give me also the full report on where you submit my website and also give a good backlink, social bookmark and others.

- No Java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, Flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters,

etc.

- No use of automated software or bots.

- No link farms, link exchange programs and web rings.

- No banned sites, porn, gambling, violent, illegal sites, etc. No unethical sites.

- No methods or techniques that will get the site banned, de-indexed or sandbox.
