Need my service posted on Craigslist for all major cities in USA

I have a service that sells completely built and fully functional websites. [url removed, login to view]

I include lifetime web hosting and many types of turnkey websites for sale so that my customers can own their own web service like a wiki service, social network, photo sharing site, customer support site, wordpress blog etc.

Customers that purchase a website are provided a download file with administrator URL, username and password to be given ownership and access of their new web service.

My problem is that I can only post 3 advertisements per day, per IP address and per craigslist account.

I would like to advertise my service to ALL major cities in the USA.

I need to higher 3 different freelancers that can:

1: Post my craigslist advertisement all across the USA, with my pictures and text.

2: Teach me how to post more than 20 craigslist advertisements a day, by myself. (I will still pay others to post also.)

3: Freelancers that know of other effective marketing methods (I can only pay for "other methods" after they prove to work by making sales.)
