Bulk friendly vps or dedicated servers

We are looking for Bulk friendly vps or dedicated servers.

We want Provider with cheap price and full support :

- at least 200.000 emails per day

- should be able to use multiple rotating IP addresses

- Interspire Email Marketer works in your server (I get url, user, pw)

- strong servers

- payment via PayPal

- after 3 good working day I realise the milestone

- Inbox must have a high rate

We are CAN-SPAM compliant but our lists, although opt-in, are aged so we will likely have some spam complaints. We are looking for a solution that wont shut us down due to complaints and if the IP is blacklisted then they can provide us with additional rotating IPs. You have to remove the blacklisted IPs.
