I am looking for programmers to work with on a project that has numerous phases. Such people must be swift dedicated and have a good expression of English as good understanding of what is required is essential
Most of the programming will be to develop content on a interactive playout system. The content will need to be played and loaded sequentially on the playout system.
The server application will be based on open standards and will be implemented using XML, Java, J2EE and SQL database enabled. The application will be realtime.
The playout system will be used in a broadcasting environment, for automated SMS Chat, SMS Votes, and interactive games.
