Indian/Cheap Flash Designers

Hi i have loads of projects on at the moment and require a cheap web designer indian preferably they will be dealing mainly with flash intro's and flash websites

Note I will pay per hour or per project depends on the freelancer and also i will pay a 20% completion Bonus,

Will need a few and for long term so quote me back with pay per hour or per day etc and how quick you work etc how long it takes to do intros or flash sites (6pages)
