Single Page Application Using Blazor

We are urgently looking for someone to develop a very simple webpage on Visual Studio Blazor to fetch information on a SQL database then show it on a grid table (see photo1 attached for example) where the users can click on an item on the list to show additional information about the selected item (see photo2 attached for example)

The database will be automatically populated by another application therefore it is out of scope of this project.

It has to be developed in Visual Studio / Blazor / C# (we will need all source code for future customization)

The table will have the following fields:

FACT

ORIGIN

DETAILS

DATE FOUND

USEFUL LINKS

CATEGORY

PRIORITY

COST

TYPE

The Icons on the right hand site will allow users to do the following actions once clicked:

1) Details - if user clicks this icon a new page will show the details (see photo2 attached)

2) Hide - if user clicks the listed fact will be hidden from view

3) Delete - if user clicks the item will be deleted

The attached files are just examples we created using some internet images and photoshop to give you an idea what we need ... it doesn't have to be exact like the samples but the UI needs to look nice.

Please add the word FACT on your bid to show me your read the description before bidding. Bids without it will be ignored.
