Replicate Banner Ad Flip Effect for responsive page

This is an old ad format which only works on desktop. We have created a responsive version of the expanded frame, however we need the frame reveal to be the flip exactly as the demo. The flip effect would need to resize for mobile. Each flip would need to be 1/3 of the area and resize so at any width there would need to be three panels across by two rows.
The frame contains html and jquery animated elements. These are responsive and need to be inside the flip.
Urgent project. Prefer someone who can get it done over the weekend.
