mobile website image or color scan

I need a mobile site. I would like it designed and built ...this has to be essentially a scanner using camera...

on scanning a particular color and or a particular image it should start a flash website.

we can look at creating this website seperately... but for the time being for illustration purpose you may pop up any image.

i would want it to be a website and not an app
