Quick template changes to my smarty smartjobboard template

I require the links at the top of my page to be aligned to the right with a solid color background spanning the width of the template
I require you to move my {main content} to my menu template and redesign this so it is on a solid block of color background spanning the width of the menu bar.
Slight modification to it to show the txt in the boxes instead of above the boxes
EG
color boarders around my content as seen in the image this will include the featured companies and login box etc to look like that in the picture provided
this is a smartjobboard template using smarty so please dont bid if your not able to complete the work
I have managed to figure it out without knowing css or html so this should be easy to you
