Dynamic eBay html template convert into external csv database

Background:

We sell wood flooring on eBay through 3 eBay accounts. We use the following eBay template currently;

Problem

We have 900 listings across 3 eBay accounts and often have price changes not just on eBay but also within the html. We are manually updating each day 900 listings which costs a huge amount of money to do. I believe you can link an excel spreadsheet database of all products to generate a html template and update each listing easily daily by updating the excel spreadsheet – this is the prices in eBay but also the prices and information in each unique html code.

What we believe we require

Template already made (attached)

We have already created the new html template, we may need to make a few minor alterations but the actual new template is designed and is attached. We now need someone who can duplicate the html and create fields in a csv file so that when we input all the product information it generates the html code for the advert to look exactly like the html design attached but for each product has unique information/pictures/prices in the top 1/3 of each advert.

We need an idea similar to:

which is a html template that has all content dragged from an external databse and can be easily updated and modified.
