I need a HTML5 banner with an animation like this:

3 texts flying in one after another with "in-your-face" animations as seen above:
- Sequence 1: Text should be = Dining Week uge 7
- Sequence 2: Text should be = Vil du med?
- Sequence 3: Text should be = Stil dig i kø nu!
- Start over with Sequence 1.
In the background texts should be "raining/falling" from top to bottom and repeating when out of view.
The list of names is:

I need the banner in 3 formats:
Format 1: 320x320 px (max 100kb)
Format 2: 300x250 px (max 100kb)
Format 3: 930x180 px (max 100kb)
