Designs wanted - Simple Requirement, detailed below

I will give Images, (Human Faces, Animal Pics, etc)

I want the Graphical Modification of the same, to Look like Joker Faces.. & adding Text Phrases to them, to Sell Those Designs on "Print on Demand" Stores such as Teespring, etc

Require nearly 30-40 Designs as of now !

Anyone Who is well versed with Photoshop / Graphics works can Reply

Initially Placing a Low Budget stamp! (600/- For Discussion)

Budget is Low for this, and I will make the budget, based on the number of Images that are Worked for converting to the Attractive Designs, as said above
