Sprite animation creations moletype

I have a sprite I need to change the animation for.

I is currently a image animation of a mole moving up and down out of a hole. I need the face and hands changed in to a human I will supply all the movement steps and 1 image of the human (to be improved). This is urgent and will need to be finished by the weekend.
