Website should have following futures: Only live users to show, blocking function if users violates , no nudity.
No registrations or login's, availability to rate users from 0 to 5 stars. Blocking user IP for 24hours if received five 0 stars in one day.
Users have to input only they genre and age to start using website. website should work on desktop PCs, phones, tablet PC. only live users. 30 users per page.
In settings user can choose other user genre and age to have converstion.
Support for website for minimum 100 days , unlimited revisions.
Website should be created in HTML 5 format, no flash files, add, redirections to other websites.
No Content Managment Systems (CMS) .
After website will be done,payment will be released equaly every 10 days during project, to make sure website functions proper.
No early payments during website developement after project AWARD.
Freelancers only with minimum 5 reviews please to bid.
Freelancer to provide minimum one portfolio or example with Live video streaming website.
